闵大六 Daliu Min

安徽蚌埠医学院第一附属医院肿瘤内科主任、主任医师、教授、医学博士，硕士研究生导师。1992年7月毕业于安徽医科大学临床医学系，获临床医学学士学位。1998年7月毕业于安徽医科大学肿瘤病理学专业，获医学硕士学位。2004年7月毕业于复旦大学附属肿瘤医院肿瘤学专业，获肿瘤学博士学位。研究方向：恶性肿瘤尤其是淋巴瘤的分子发病机制及临床诊治。

 Mainly focused on therapy and research in clinical oncology.

Sept. 2001--July 2004: Laboratory of Molecular Pathology, Cancer Hospital of Fudan University, Shanghai, P.R of China

Investigated BCL-6 gene mutation, rearrangement and expression in Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma by direct DNA sequencing, FISH and immunohistochemistry, respectively.
Explored the correlation of BCL-6 aberration and histological type, clinical features as well as other related gene expressions in Non-Hodkin’s lymphoma.

Sept. 1994-July 1998: Anhui Medical University, Hefei,Anhui Province, P.R of China

Studied the role of BCL-2 and PCNA in breast cancer and precancerous lesions, as well as the role of apoptosis in the pathogenesis of breast carcinoma.

Feb. 1999—Feb. 2001. Anhui Medical University, Hefei,Anhui Province, P.R of China

Studied the expression of uPA, uPAR and nm23-H1 in breast carcionma and its relation with metastasis of axillary lymph node.
