程 华，MD PhD

副研究员，现于美国弗吉尼亚大学Myles H. Thaler艾滋与人类逆转录病毒研究中心从事艾滋病毒耐药表型检测方法研究；2004年毕业于复旦大学公共卫生学院，获博士学位，研究方向为艾滋病流行病学。2004年～2007年在国家性病艾滋病预防控制中心做博士后研究，主要从事于卫生部支持的HIV耐药性监测以及WHO资助的HIV疫苗生产能力和成本效果分析的研究。曾在安徽医科大学公共卫生学院任职。
